Reads and understand engineering blueprints, drawings, models, graphs, charts, parts lists and Bills of material and routings.2. Create NC Programs for Amada Turrest presses by applying programming knowledge to determine tool requirements and establishes sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts.3. Add/Create/maintain BOM's as required with accurate Material Usage and run/set up time verifications as required to do so.4. Create ECN's and Deviations ad needed for Rantoul facility when necessary.5. Create Routing for Fabrications shop metal.6. Assist with Designs and modification for mechanical components or assemblies as related to production requirements.7. Meets with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production requirements, assist in developing and implementing new and revised manufacturing methods.8.
